Graviera from Crete belongs in the elite of hard cheese, is the most aromatic cheese with a light yellow colour and a slightly sweet and natty taste.
This Cretan version of graviera is made with sheep milk or with a small amount of goat milk and it is aged at least 5 months before coming to market.
