Ouzo is a spirit drink produced exclusively in Greece, it has pleasant aroma and it is the drink of the gathering and of confession!!

It is a distillate that owes its aroma and flavour in various plants and fragrances used in the preparation.

Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mastic and preferably anise, are some of the ingredients used in the preparation of the mad exhilaration of this distillate, which fascinates our taste buds and make us to feel full of life and pleasure when we enjoy it.

The recipe is simple, but each Greek ouzo manufacturer, has his own secret, i.e. the type and quantity of aromatic plants that he will use.
